Incumbents own our networks

Big Tech controls the names, the logins, and the network. You pay because you cannot leave. That ownership is technofeudalism – working someone else's land. Like evenings spent scrolling through Facebook's ads, and being subjected to their AI deciding what you should see.

A commons is the other arrangement. No company sits in the middle, collecting rent on the way through. It's like your own digital homestead. And we choose the Algorithm.

The Machinery of Sovereignty

The sovereign stack is composed of four main layers. Complete freedom by default, lock your system down however you choose. No incumbents, no rent-seeking, just open architecture for free people to connect and relate with one another.
